This role is crucial in channeling our scientific capabilities to positively impact patients' lives with hyperkalemia. You'll be responsible for defining, designing, executing, and measuring brand strategy across HCP & NPP segments. Collaborate with key stakeholders and drive brand performance to new heights!

Accountabilities

  • Lead the strategic direction and marketing execution for the brand
  • Develop an integrated channel marketing strategy for the disease state and brand
  • Guide the cross-functional Brand Working Group to achieve key milestones and ensure stakeholder alignment
  • Create detailed strategic and operational commercial plans that align with brand strategy
  • Collaborate on the strategic direction, design, execution, and measurement of all marketing strategies, tactics, and activities
  • Drive marketing strategies (BSP), brand positioning, core messaging, campaign development, sales integration, execution, and ROI analysis
  • Manage relationships with agencies, vendor partners, consultants, and third-party groups
  • Work with Insights and Analytics to identify actionable insights and performance trends
  • Ensure future promotional planning aligns with legal/regulatory compliance
  • Build sustainable relationships with thought leader advocates and customer advocacy groups

Essential Skills/Experience

  • Bachelor's Degree; preferably in business, marketing or the sciences
  • 8 years of Pharmaceutical or Healthcare marketing and promotions experience
  • HCP marketing experience
  • Experience leading brand strategy and executing against it
  • Proven track record of delivering strategic and operational plans within a therapeutic or business area
  • Experience working within cross-functional business units
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Demonstrated Learning Agility
  • Ability to successfully lead through ambiguity

Desirable Skills/Experience

  • Advanced Degree
  • Successful experience leading change transformation
  • Experience in cross-channel, cross-customer marketing
  • Clinical experience in Cardiovascular Renal Metabolic therapeutic area, with a focus on hypertension is strongly preferred
  • Experience in Market Access/Managed Markets - Strong understanding of local healthcare system pricing and reimbursement
  • Experience in Insight/Market Research
